I have been in private practice for eleven years and work with adults of all ages (18-100+). I approach therapy from a psychodynamic and IFS (Internal Family Systems) informed lens. I integrate mindfulness and cognitive based approaches depending on an individual's needs. Therapy involves working in a safe environment to develop greater awareness and insight in to one's relationships with oneself and others, one's identity, and one's purpose in life.
