I have over 10 years of experience as a therapist working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing both minor and major life transitions, challenges and events, and symptoms of traumatic stress, anxiety, and/or depression. I believe that therapy is a tool to invest in one's mental health that can permeate for generations. I use an eclectic approach, using different interventions and aspects from solution-focused, CBT, interpersonal, narrative, attachment, & psychodynamic.
Therapy is a process, that elicits many emotions, my use of humor and authenticity can help normalize and process these feelings in a non-threatening way. The therapeutic relationship is built on creating a safe and open-minded space, meeting you where you are, and supporting you with what you need/want from your therapeutic experience.
I can provide a judgment-free, empathetic, and welcoming space for you to express yourself, share aspects of your life that can be challenging to explore and reflect on, and lean into your strengths! The first step is showing up for yourself and booking that first appointment.
