There’s nothing I find more gratifying than helping my clients redefining purpose in their lives. That’s why as a counselor, I specialize in navigating conflict and transitions within careers, relationships, and self-esteem to help clients regain ownership and rediscover meaning in life.

As a collaborative and directive therapist, I do not shy away from soliciting and providing feedback, or even gently challenging you when needed. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
