I focus heavily on existential and interpersonal issues in my practice and encourage clients to explore and express their needs and wants in work, school, relationships and beyond. I have experience working with teenagers, young adults, and their families after years of being a therapist and working in related jobs. I hope through working with you, I can help you be the best version of yourself in all aspects of life.
I specialize in helping clients manage their day-to-day stressors while encouraging them to become more comfortable with themselves and in their relationships. This includes helping with depression, anxiety, family conflicts, and communication difficulties. Through addressing these issues, I believe people can build healthier, protective relationships.
