Hello! Thank you for visiting my page and taking that first step. A little about me: I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Writing Exposure Therapy (WET), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for individuals, and have utilized Solution-Focused Brief Therapy for couples. If you prefer a Biblical approach, I am comfortable with Christian counseling as well. Finally, if you have experienced a trauma that you need help in healing, yet do not wish to talk about it in deep detail, ART and WET can be utilized to minimize the re-telling of your painful history. Whatever it is that brought you here, I'd be honored to help.
I spent my four years of practice helping those with addictions, in a faith-based rehabilitation program to heal from trauma, and manage their anxiety, depression and other problems to make positive changes. I utilize a trauma-informed, client-centered approach.
I believe in a holistic approach to healing. Accordingly, I have opened my practice at Chrysalis, where I share space with a wellness coach that practices natural, alternative approach to wellness and healing.
