I specialize in anxiety/panic, PTSD, CPTSD, depression, DID, schizophrenia, substance abuse, and LGBTQIA+-related issues as well as many other conditions.
Depending on needs and client preference, I am experienced in providing several modalities of treatment, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, existential, person-centered, Gestalt, Art, mindfulness, guided meditation and behavioral therapy to name a few. Therapy isn’t one size fits all, so let’s figure out what works best for you.
I create a nonjudgmental, comfortable, and inviting environment, because none of the hard work can start without a solid foundation.
