I am a licensed counselor and former IT professional, now helping adults and teens address ADHD, depression, anxiety, and other concerns. I utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based techniques to empower my clients with the skills to modify their thoughts and behaviors. Currently, I am offering in-person or via telehealth.
