I primarily work with children and adolescents who struggle with anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, sibling difficulties and parent-child relationship challenges. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor I have worked for almost a decade supporting children, adolescents and their caregivers. I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment for emotions and thoughts to be explored by children, adolescents and their caregivers.

I have knowledge and training in a variety of different therapies and approaches and will be mindful to integrate an approach that fits what you, your family or child need. I utilize a combination of person centered, play therapy and CBT approaches in my work. I have additional training in PCIT, Infant Mental Health and Reflective Parenting Practices.
