I take a unique approach with each person to keep your goals the focus of our treatment. I use psychodynamic as well as evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and EMDR to help you achieve your goals. My approach is warm and nonjudgmental to help you feel supported as you explore life patterns that impact you.
I want to help you achieve long-lasting life changes that will help you lead a more fulfilling and happier life. I have several years of experience working with individuals experiencing needs related to depression, anxiety, stress management, relationship challenges, and low self-esteem. I am part of a group practice that focuses on OCD and trauma recovery.
