I work with teens/young adults, and adults. I specialize in trauma healing, grief, anxiety disorders, depression, transitioning, and relationship issues.
I work towards building a rapport and alliance with my clients and helping them with the tools needed to cope and move forward. I specialize in the Cognitive-Behavioral, Humanistic, Acceptance, and Commitment approaches, among others. I enjoy working with people of different cultures and communities, especially those in marginalized communities.
