I am interested in meeting people where they are. My goal is to help you build tools which you can use during tough times. A non-judgmental and collaborative approach is the foundation of my work.
Clinical experience includes: child-adolescent difficulties/adjustments, women's health issues, post-partum concerns, behavioral concerns, anxiety, mood-disorders, and depression. I also use expressive and interactive modalities for children and adults. Play, Art, and Expressive approaches can allow for deeper emotional expression and connection.
I believe positive well-being is for everyone. Here at ES Counseling, we take pride in providing a safe and warm environment which is needed to promote optimal wellness and emotional health.
