My primary goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you will feel at ease and understood. I use a strengths-based approach in treatment, empowering my clients to access their inner wisdom and compassion, build confidence, and feel connected to themselves, others and the world. I am in this field because I genuinely care about people and want to help folks live their best lives.
I have over 10 years of experience working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. I have training in TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems), and use expressive arts and breath work in sessions.
I am licensed in both DC and Maryland. I am not accepting new clients at this time.
