I am a licensed clinical social worker providing psychotherapy and ADHD assessment services for adults. My therapeutic style is engaging, warm, and accepting; allowing clients to be vulnerable without judgement and be validated. I create a safe space where you learn to take off your mask and be your true authentic self. Through my own lived experience as an ADHDer, I get it. I live it every single day. My personal insight is used as a tool to help others overcome challenges and move forward in their life.
I specialize in identifying complex presentations of ADHD that may be overlooked or misdiagnosed. Other symptoms such as depression, anxiety can look similar to ADHD, making it difficult for clinicians to make a clear diagnosis. We will work together to determine whether ADHD is affecting you and identify your specific treatment options.
My treatment approach is from a neurodiversity perspective and is tailored to each individuals' unique needs and goals. I utilize tools from various therapies to best serve each client. You will not be alone on your journey to a more content and fulfilled life. Through personal and clinical experience, I hope to be able to help you reach your full potential.
