Welcome to my practice. I am passionate about working with individual adults and couples. It is my belief that most of us wish to become the best version of ourselves and live happier, more meaningful lives. Therefore, no matter what you may be struggling with, I am here to help you find your way to that goal. I grew up in the UK and traveled around the world before returning to my education in the USA, to study at UCLA and begin my journey as a psychologist. My experience working and living in different cultures at a young age gave me the opportunity to connect with people, which I love to do, from so many different backgrounds.
I am especially interested in working with women, couples, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and those who struggle with addiction, or are in recovery, as well as their families. I have worked at all levels of mental health care, including outpatient, intensive outpatient, inpatient, and dual diagnosis, so I can treat a wide range of issues and diagnoses.
I have over 20 years of sobriety myself and I know what it’s like to be on a path of healing and recovery.
