I am a firm believer in using an integrative approach tailored to fit your needs, and have experience working with a diverse array of clients.
I’ve worked with clients struggling with mood and anxiety disorders, eating disorders, past traumas, and interpersonal difficulties, and have witnessed how these struggles can make life feel a lot harder than it needs to be.
