Have you been feeling depressed, anxious, or overwhelmed after having a baby? You are not alone. One in four birthing people experience a perinatal mood or anxiety disorder (PMAD). This psychoeducational group will help you connect with other people experiencing similar issues and learn skills to manage symptoms of postpartum depression and anxiety. Topics covered include: mindfulness, self-esteem/body image, cognitive reframing techniques, and DBT emotion regulation skills.
