I work holistically, incorporating your spiritual self and your embodied self into therapy. I specialize in grief/loss, narcissistic abuse recovery, complex PTSD, concerns facing LGBTQ folks, older adults who want to do a life review, relationship issues, and religious trauma and spiritual/religious identity questions.
I will bring soul and creativity and compassion to our therapy together. I take inspiration from art, somatic experiencing, from Jungian analysis, and from existential psychology.
