I pride myself in working amazingly with young adults & helping those with low self-esteem, dark thoughts, mood swings, self harm/SI. I'm a chronic pain survivor, and would love to help you move through this life altering change with support and grace. I specialize in late diagnosed neurodiversity and have great tips for executive dysfunction, and processing your feelings.
