As a therapist, my goal is to help my clients see the greatness of who they are as they are now and the true potential of who they can become. I am extremely passionate about my work and have had the great privilege of being witness to the amazing life changes a person can make once they are validated and are able to understand what they are really capable of accomplishing.
I specialize in helping adults and couples address issues related to stress, life goals, anxiety, negative thinking, communication, past emotional/relational trauma, boundary setting, self-esteem, self-compassion, codependency, and healthy coping skills.
