As I’ve done this work over the last 17+ years I’ve learned that we can find joy and meaning, including in the hard things we pull away from. Relationships and emotions can feel confusing, scary, or painful. Sometimes our thoughts get overwhelming, we struggle with our emotions, and we try to hold onto control, all while feeling a bit lost. We can work collaboratively to help you get out of your head, learn to manage your feelings & boundaries, heal relationships, and create the life you want.
