I specialize in helping people struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, interpersonal issues at home, work and school, or those trying to break free of unhelpful patterns. I am experienced working with teenagers and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, chronic illness, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, grief, and, LGBTQ identity and support. I also have experience working with children with developmental disabilities, adults with degenerative diseases and cancer, and their caregivers.
