I do not believe there is a “one size fits all” approach to counseling and source myself using a personalized approach geared towards empowering you by: identifying inherent strengths, cultivating resiliency, crafting necessary tools & life hacks to help you handle, navigate and overcome life’s many challenges. My goal for each counseling session is for you to know that you no longer have to be alone with whatever “it is” that is challenging you from either past, present or future concerns.
I help people navigate life's bumps, twists, turns, mountains & standstills. My methods are not focused on helping you to manage symptoms. I help you identify root causes by assessing your needs and the reasons you are seeking assistance. I work with you to develop your own proprietary blend of tools & solutions to become the agent of change in your life.
I have lived through some complex & dark experiences, come through the other side and this has allowed me to gauge the level of depth required in order to help others. I work from the soul. I am here to help you catch your breath, sort out your thoughts, quiet the internal chatter, create meaning and and make sense of some of life’s curve balls.
