I enjoy helping people navigate the life stressors and specialize in working with young adults managing big transitions- graduating, moving to a new city or everyday stressors like work and relationships. I have extensive experience working on a daily basis with people who struggle with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and other psychiatric illnesses.
