I am passionate about the restorative power of the therapeutic relationship. I utilize a diverse range of therapeutic approaches, with a strong emphasis on psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy. I am also extensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I provide person-centered care in a nurturing, secure, and empathetic environment.
Together, we can work to uncover the roots of current struggles, develop coping strategies, and foster a renewed sense of well-being and satisfaction.
