I offer a non-judgmental, empathetic space to give you room to process areas of your life that may be causing distress. My hope is that when you leave my office, you'll feel heard and empowered. I find it to be a privilege to walk alongside people as they explore their thoughts, emotions and experiences. I'll support you by using evidence base practices, such as Client Centered and Motivational Interviewing. My experience as a therapist has given me the opportunity to work with people who have experienced trauma, as well as people living with substance use disorder, anxiety, depression, grief and major mental health concerns.
I have experience working with people involved in the criminal justice system, pregnant/parenting women, and families experiencing substance use disorder. I have vast knowledge of local resources to help surround you and meet all your needs. I am DEEP certified and available for evaluations and treatment for DEEP purposes.
This not an easy journey. I want to walk it with you. I provide a safe, compassionate, and understanding environment for you to explore who you are and who you want to be.
