In our sessions, I hold space for individuals, couples, kids, families, and the challenges they bring. As a family therapist, I understand and manage family dynamics and help clients explore their relationships, thoughts, and feelings. I work with my clients to strengthen their bonds and navigate difficult situations by understanding patterns and generational bonds. As a family therapist, I can help you understand and manage family dynamics and how they impact the entire family unit - or just the individual.
I am experienced in working with kids and young adults. I have combined experience in working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, traumatic experiences, stress management, grief, divorce, and relational conflict. I have extensive experience working with clients who are diagnosed on the Autism spectrum, ADHD, ADD, and/or neurodiverse.
Together, we will work through each part of the therapeutic process. We will use your raw feelings and emotions to create a path of healing and understanding. I am currently accepting new clients in person in my cozy office in the Butler/Tarkington/Midtown area, or across the state of Indiana via Telehealth.
