The foundation of my approach is that connection & relationship are pillars of healing. I specialize with eating disorders, relationship issues, women’s issues, codependency & the LBGTQ+ populations. I use an eclectic style often utilizing IFS, postmodern & attachment-based models. I have the educational background & extensive personal experience allowing me to offer targeted eating disorder treatment having learned from leaders in the field.
Reaching out takes vulnerability which is hard to do and has been socially discouraged for most of us. But on the other side of that fear is experiencing something different. Women’s Eating Disorder Recovery Group
This group is kept small to ensure sense of safety, trust & reparative experiences and is a 6 month commitment to build a solid foundation. Struggling with an eating disorder can feel overwhelming, but recovered is possible. Together we process common triggers & beliefs, connect with women in different stages of recovery, heal the relationship with food & self and engage in experiential practices to gain insight & challenge the eating disorder. Topics include: Body image, Diet culture, Food & Holidays, Intuitive eating, 8 keys to recovery, Relationships, Motivation & Hope & Relapse Prevention.
