I’m a compassionate, trauma-informed, EMDR therapist with expertise in healing from narcissistic relationships. EMDR is an effective therapy that helps individuals find relief from symptoms of trauma. I integrate this with an approach that creates space for you to process emotions, learn that your voice matters, and helps you set healthy boundaries.
