I use a client centered approach in addition to cognitive behavioral and family systems approaches to facilitate the healing process. I have worked extensively with children, adolescents, adults and families for over 10 years and have expertise in parenting and family issues.
The therapy process looks different for everyone. But, it is important to have a connected and collaborative therapist to work with you through your journey. I am currently accepting new clients with Rula (previously Path Mental Health) and Headway. Both platforms offer telehealth therapy services and accept multiple insurance providers.
