I believe therapy is an influential journey that requires a partnership between both client and therapist. My experience includes assisting clients who are fairly new to experiencing mental health challenges, persons with various forms of trauma, clients adjusting to challenging life transitions and events, and persons with low self esteem. My treatment modalities include the following evidence based practices: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. In addition, I utilize a holistic approach of mindfulness, meditation, breath-work, and bodily movement to teach clients how to calm their inner storm.
