Do you feel stuck, disconnected, lost, or not like yourself? Our ever-changing world is full of stressors and challenges and many of us don't feel like we have the support we need to face them. Through therapy, you can receive that support in a non-judgmental, affirming space. In our work together, I see us as a team collaborating to identify patterns, where they came from, and how we can adjust them to help you create the life you want to live. The therapeutic relationship can be transformative, and my hope is that ours will empower and challenge you to be your whole, authentic self and blossom into the you you want to be.
While I work with adults of all ages and identities, I particularly enjoy working with young adults and those navigating life transitions. I have experience working with a wide variety of concerns ranging from depression and anxiety to trauma and relationships. I specialize in sexual trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, and couples therapy.
