I utilize an integrative and holistic approach, focusing on how the different dimensions of life impact each other. I often pull from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy. My goal as a therapist is to help you raise your self-awareness and utilize it as a strength to live a healthy lifestyle.
