My focus is to help you figure out what is not working and find out what will. Each client is unique, and I make sure that each session is tailored to each of the client's needs.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Texas State University, and a Masters degree in Counseling from the University of Houston. I am also a certified Level 1 Gottman counselor.
I have experience working with toddlers, children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. Each require various treatment approaches, which are tailored to each specific client. I believe that every person has a unique and individual story, and it is my passion to be able to help clients navigate this journey of life.
