I provide tailored therapeutic interventions based on the needs of each person I work alongside with such as CBT, DBT, SFBT, Family systems, and Structural Family Therapy.
As a trauma survivor myself I am passionate about working with individuals and families who have been negatively impacted by anxiety, depression, trauma, and adverse life experiences.
