I am a believer that changing our self-messaging can impact our lives. This process is done through an exploration of the past, present, and future. I approach my practice as a journey in which we look at past relationships, and present relationships, and hope for future relationships. I find how others have spoken to us and how we speak to our ourselves have powerful impacts on our lives, goals, and relationships.
My preference is for clients that are 18 years and older. I specialized in depression, anxiety, ADHD, parenting, chronic medical conditions, acute medical conditions, addictions, trauma, codependency, life coaching, and domestic violence.
The goals we set are based on what is important to you! I know that therapy is like the old saying, "You can't eat an elephant in one bite". There might be a lot of issues you want to address, or you just want to address a few. You may only be emotionally capable of working on one area at a time and then want to come back later. You lead!
