I have experience working with all individuals, particularly those who struggle with codependency, family dysfunction, addictions, first responders, men's issues, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I offer a balance of psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy, and trauma-focused therapy. I am trained in eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR)
