I have over 10 years of experience in the mental health field with children, adolescents and adults. My style is individualized to each person and their specific needs. I provide individual psychotherapy for a range of presenting concerns, from trauma, anxiety, depression and PTSD to tough life transitions and stressors. In a therapeutic relationship, we can collaborate to make mental health and wellness a priority in your commitment to self-care.
