The goal of my practice is to improve the quality of life of my clients and assist them reach their full potential and personal goals. Specializing in family and couple therapy. I also specialize in depression and anxiety. The ideal client will be dedicated to their own treatment and have a strong desire to feel better. Together with my client we work as a team to achieve the therapeutic goals and make life worth living and enjoying. I have been working in a mental health for over a decade and it's my greatest passion in life.
Every single client is treated with unconditional positive regard, warmth, respect, and care. We strive to be a safe place to heal for ever work to improve the life of my clients daily and I am very successful at achieving therapeutic goals. My practice is very person centered and the goal is to always make clients feel comfortable and wanted in the office.

DBT Group
Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) is a type of cognitive-behavioral therapy. Its main goals are to teach people how to live in the moment, develop healthy ways to cope with stress, regulate their emotions, and improve their relationships with others. groups are hosted every Tuesday with one cohort meeting in the morning and another meeting in the afternoon. I also do accept insurance for this group (all insurances I accept are listed on my main profile)
