I am passionate about helping people truly heal and create a life worth living based on their personal goals and values. In our work together, we will identify the root causes of your present problems and combine skill-building with deep internal work to create real change. I use an integrative approach and draw from EMDR, parts work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-Based Sobriety, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. I am trained to provide EMDR therapy and specialize in treating trauma, both event-based and attachment-based injuries.
I feel honored to walk alongside my clients on their journeys towards their goals and healing. While I care deeply about the individual, I also recognize the impact of our economic and social systems on mental health. I believe that a trusting relationship between client and therapist is essential, and I will take care to build this relationship with you.
