Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker here in the state of New York. Growing up, I was always drawn to the helping professions and would later decide that my passion lies in mental health treatment. My strong desire for helping others allows me to be fully present with my clients and devoted to meeting their needs in therapy. My approach is holistic and person-centered. Using techniques pulled from CBT amongst other evidence-based practices, we will work together at your pace to find balance and achieve your goals in therapy.
