With this innate ability to grow, my goal is to help you delve deeper to discover and develop the tools you seek to move forward on your journey to wellness. I can offer you talk therapy as well as the use of art and movement to work on uncovering skills, emotions, solutions, acceptance, and much more. Sometimes words are not enough and a place to express with no judgment can offer safety to explore self and move to the next chapter.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Board Certified Art Therapist trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Dialectical behavioral therapy techniques (DBT), trauma focused techniques, and a range of expressive therapy techniques. I work with adults with a range of concerns.
