Hi, I'm Danielle! I know it feels hard right now. Everything is so overwhelming and it seems like you might feel this way forever. Don't worry, you won't! I work with overwhelmed teens as they launch into young adulthood. And I help couples who are struggling to find connection. I have a high level of success working with clients suffering from anxiety and depression related to transition and change. Common stressful transitions include: moving, preparing for college, entering the work force, changing careers, and new or ending relationships. I enjoy helping my clients conquer change with confidence!
