I offer a nonjudgmental space for you to be heard. Drawing from modalities like EMDR, ACT, IFS parts work, and polyvagal theory, I help address and heal trauma. I am currently being trained as a sex therapist and can offer support to individuals and couples on sex-related issues. I can also incorporate spirituality based on client preference.
