I love working with children, teens, and adults as they experience and process through the hardships of life. I have been able to use my skills in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and other modalities to help individuals understand and combat their depressive and anxious behaviors. I have also enjoyed working with children and teens with Selective Mutism.
