Hi, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that believes everyone is unique and needs to develop skills that work for you. I use a solution focused approach to assess underlying causes and help relieve symptoms of trauma, maladaptive thinking patterns and increase healthy coping skills.
I draw from multiple theories and techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectal behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing to help you feel better and work toward your goals. I can help with depression, anxiety, anger, hopelessness, PTSD, trauma and other life struggles.
I attended California University of Pennsylvania for Clinical Mental Health Counseling and I have a minor in music. I have experience in crisis, drug and alcohol, and mental health counseling including in person, couples, Telehealth, and group platforms.
