We are wired for connection — with our internal selves, with others, and within broader communities. But oftentimes there are barriers. I care about therapy being a nonjudgmental space where clients can comfortably “try on” new ways of being to see what fits. I hold a "take what you want and leave the rest" approach to what therapy tools work best for my clients. I’m skilled at working with anxiety, sudden loss and grief, relationship issues, childhood trauma, and life transitions.
My style is welcoming, collaborative, and, when appropriate, humorous. I am a deeply engaged listener who is passionate about clients connecting to their authentic selves and finding places of belonging, and my hope is (with time & trust) therapy can be one of those places.
