As a Person Centered Therapist, a Certified Yoga Therapist with The International Association of Yoga Therapists, an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, and holding a Master’s Degree in Counseling from CW Post University, I blend Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy, and western counseling to support clients' social, emotional, and spiritual well-being. I help clients understand their unique constitution and develop self-care and empowerment practices. With over 25 years of experience in education and counseling, I also support parents in navigating their children's school and home challenges.
My holistic approach includes: Ayurveda: Insights into your constitution with recommendations for diet, lifestyle, and herbs. Yoga Therapy: Therapeutic yoga for physical, emotional, and mental health. And Counseling: Empathetic support for personal and familial challenges.
For parents, I offer emotional support for helping children with anxiety, depression, and peer relationships as well as parenting strategies for healthy development and positive dynamics.
