As a clinical psychologist, my goal is to support you, wherever you may be in your life. My individual work with adults has focused on finding meaning and balance, while supporting mental health needs. I work with children to address social and mental health issues, and I also attend to the child-caregiver connection.
I can help and I would like to. With adults, I bring an eclectic perspective tailored to the individual. In my infant mental health work I assess development and/or parenting struggles to provide understanding and support. My school-age and adolescent sessions have recently hinged around mental health issues leading to academic difficulties and vice versa.
