I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I want to aid in my clients journey to understand and recognize patterns and messages throughout their life that have contributed to how they currently feel and function.
I believe that therapy should be a safe space to facilitate healing, both through the exploration of self, and in recognizing how behavior patterns are contributing to individual distress. I use methods rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT, and Person-Centered approaches to best help my clients reach their goals.
