I have a passion for working with children, teens and adults. I also enjoy parent coaching and executive functioning coaching. I regularly work with clients on stress management, self-esteem, life transitions, grief/loss, anger management, anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD and ASD. I also love working on social anxiety, social skills, boundary setting, relational issues, and communication issues.
I use a variety of evidence-based approaches to therapy when working with clients of all ages. These techniques are tailored to my client’s goals for therapy, and can include approaches like ACT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness Based Approaches, Strengths-Based Therapy, ERP, and Parent Coaching.
My practice is inclusive and open to individuals of all ages, from children to teens and adults. I believe that counseling can benefit people at every stage of life, and I’m dedicated to tailoring my approach to meet the needs of each client.
